Rename for easier proc-gen

change names in each folder from "Chain_Mail" and "Demon_Husk" to numbered list such as 1_chain-mail and 2_demon-husk. These are chest pieces, so in blender can rename node from Armature to 1_chest, 2_chest, etc.

Do this for all folders and nodes, make 1 blend file for glb armor set generation. Sound good?

Token design

  1. Bundle onto a single avatar / knight stand GLB

It'd be 1 GLB with each object as a separate node in blender minted as a NFT so previews can be 3D that can be rotated, zoomed in, etc

Perhaps there can be a default reference mannequin / avatar in place (VRoid base model best IMO)
Could add rarity skins for fun, adding in an original ingredient to the mix for this project

  1. Unbundle and mint separately (per unbundled loot NFT)

Could use loot bag as token access to mint 8 ERC-1155 NFTs
Maybe could burn token of mloot instead of access
I think community might support this since there's an abundance of mloot supply

Missing texture: silver ring

Missing Items

Currently in the "Foot" folder, all but the chain boots and demonhide boots are missing

Art: scaling, origin and consistency issues

Finished a pass looking at each item we currently have for LOOT.

CHEST

  • number of missing / not yet complete files
  • robe present, but has offset origin from world 0
  • ring mail present, but has offset origin from world 0

FOOT

  • chain boots have a large number of empties in the GLB, which are a holdover of the some kind of rig's armature custom bone objects
    (looks like autorigpro). ARP has an option to clean scene to remove these.

  • other boots not present

HANDS

  • hard leather glove high file size (10mb)

  • over poly limit (5.9k) - plates are bevelled, which is likely the reason

  • incorrect origin - appears offset as if already on a body

    • divine gloves missing tex / emissive? not sure if intentional
  • heavy gloves missing

  • holy gauntlets missing

  • leather gloves missing

  • linen gloves missing

  • ornate gauntlets missing

  • silk gloves missing

  • studded leather gloves missing

  • wool gloves missing

origins are uniform across gloves except Hard leather glove

HEAD

  • dragons crown large in scale
  • silk hood large in scale
  • all others not present

NECK

  • Amulet appears to good origin + scale
  • Pendant not present
  • necklace not present

RING

  • rings now appear to be correct in scale / origin, but may want to be scaled up to wrist sizing since they are so small
    (however, for VR, regular ring sizes are fine)

WAIST

  • hard leather belt consists of two objects, with different origins.
    object origin offset from world 0 / appears to be located as if on a body
    15 MB file size

  • sash origin offset from world 0 / appears to be located as if on a body

WEAPONS

Origins are set with bottom of 'handle' at world 0.
Some have attached charms / cloth etc dangling from bottom below world 0, which should be fine, since these would be 'behind' the handle

All files except Chronicle, Grimoire, Katana and Maul are over 10MB in size.
Several over polygon budget.

Thematically, these are all interesting, but a few of them have cute charms / accessories which don't seem to mix with the weapon in some cases (eg: spiked mace with teddy bear head charm)

Almost all weapons are incorrectly scaled, except for Katana and Ghost Wand
