Requirements

• Docker
• Postman
• Ubuntu is strongly recommended (MacOS is also good to go).

Project Booting

Inside project root folder Run below command to clone .env

cp .env.example .env

Inside the project root folder, Run the below command to start docker

docker-compose up

After running all docker containers, run another command to enter container bash

docker-compose exec api bash

Inside container bash run below command to install composer modules

composer install

Inside container bash run below command to run migration

php bin/console doctrine:migration:migrate -n

Inside container bash run below command to load fixtures

php bin/console doctrine:fixture:load -n

Testing

Vehicle CURD will run on http://localhost/, so import ./vehicle.postman_collection.json to the Postman app for the testing of CURD. All the parameters and queries documents are in the postman collection.

Project Terminate

Run below command in the host bash to turn off all docker containers

docker-compose down
