No permission to control access of backend user

Hi, there

Thanks for a great plugin. After I tried this plugin, I found out this plugin have no permission to control access of backend users. This problem make all backend users can access to manage entirely plugin's configurations. I think this problem should be solve. :)

allow_cookies is always true

Hi, the banner works well, but I can't make the part that inhibits the JS code work: I've written the {% if allow_cookies() %} code in my theme, but it prints out the JS analytics code every time, even if I've not allowed cookies. What am I doing wrong?

Incorrect file paths

After installing the plugin, path for loading CSS and JS files incorrect:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="http://domain.com/themes/demo/plugins/code200/eucookielawmadness/assets/cookieconsent.min.css">
<script src="http://domain.com/themes/demo/plugins/code200/eucookielawmadness/assets/cookieconsent.min.js"></script>

It would be more correct way:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="http://domain.com/plugins/code200/eucookielawmadness/assets/cookieconsent.min.css">
<script src="http://domain.com/plugins/code200/eucookielawmadness/assets/cookieconsent.min.js"></script>
