W9_HTTPS_PORT_SET is not them same with W9_HTTP_PORT_SET.

• If W9_HTTPS_PORT_SET, need dispaly https://IP:W9_HTTPS_PORT_SET
• If W9_HTTP_PORT_SET, need dispaly http://IP:W9_HTTP_PORT_SET

improve display when no application

It display blank when there no any applications, I think you should display a text No any application now for alternative
