Use PrivacyEnhancedMode for embedding youtube videos

Enable PrivacyEnhancedMode for embed code of YouTube videos.
Change YouTube URL from
https://www.youtube.com/embed/...
to
https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/...

replace the txt extension od readme by md

You readme.txt has everything to appear as a MArkdown page, the txt extension makes it appear as a raw txt file on Github's project page ... Replace the txt extension by md and everything should be OK !!!

So readme.txt has to become readme.md

And that is it

Using style attribute results in error on save

When using the style attribute in the shortcode, the following error is returned when saving the content:

Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

Other attributes seem to work, but style doesn't.

iframe ignores height in text widget

I put an iframe into a text widget in the sidebar and it totally ignores the height="xxx" parameter. If I set a width="xxx" then the iframe seems to get the fixed size of 300x150.
I'm watching this behavior in the Inspector of Firefox.
