It would be nice to be able to get images and albums from pixiv.
There does exist an api for node.js with it:

Compilation of code
Running some of the code in the test branch and in main dosent work at the moment. When everything is put into one file it works, but when seperated, for some reason it doesnt recognize the external functions.

Download options

Should be able to download things in different file formats aside from just png/jpeg. This would be a command line option where you would specify things like: png, pdf, cbz, jpeg and so forth. If it is not specified, it would be whatever it was originally uploaded as.

They dont have an api endpoint as far as I know, but they do have a fairly simple method for where they keep things and how to download them.

A lot of the material there is also public domain as well.
