Improve performance of PageElementDict

Currently it solidify the element dictionary before accessing it. The process is:

• get all items
• in each items, get key and value
• create dictionary

This process is slow because the searching of each item, key and value are separated.
Ideas to improve it:

• use find_elements_by_...() to locate elements in batch
  • find all items
  • find all keys
  • find all values
  • use JS to group key and value that are in the same item
• possibly user generator internally instead of solidified dictionary
• implement getitem() to directly get item needed

Update document

Add jquery selector support

• user JS to run JQuery
• wrap the element as as WebElement
• needs SUT to have JQuery

Add test cases

• use a urllib to serve static test pages
• test each type of elements in pages
