Env Variables for Dev Env

I would like to contribute to weni and trying to set up a dev env on my laptop
Is there some example I can follow about how to do that? I guess even an example .env file would be enough to get me started

Channel delete method duplicated in Flows client

Are these methods duplicated?

`template_flow` method should be outside the client

Ideally, the FlowsRESTClient class should have a clear responsibility: contain flow clients

The template_flow method appears to be out of place among the clients. Furthermore, the name is not very suggestive either

Need for improvement of README file

The readme file is missing important information such as:

• Deployment instructions of the project
• Need more development/getting started instruction
• Travis link is broken

Unnecessary template message ViewSet

The file: connect/api/v1/wpp_templates/views.py has a seemingly unnecessary ViewSet.

1. The views.py file is not called anywhere;
2. The view's queryset is using a model that does not exist in the project;
3. the get_last_template_sync method does not use the get_object method so it makes no sense to use a ViewSet, since the queryset is not used;
4. This endpoint does not need to exist, as the project is not instantiated at any time. This endpoint can be called directly from Integrations.
