biome-replacer's Issues

changing rivers causes crash on world load

everything was working fine until i tried to mess with rivers and oceans, trying to replace either results in a cataclysmic crash, that's how i know the crash isnt caused by any other mods, it was working fine until i tried to replace the river biomes and change how oceans generate.

my latest.log

my config
well i tried to add my config here but pastebin wont let me post it and github wont let me upload a .properties file so just take my word for it.

Forge version?

I know the annoyance of people asking for the other version, but i think out of all mods to be ported, this one is actually useful.
So at least consider it, just for this simple-ish project :)

Terrain not changed

I tried to change nearly all biomes to oceans. The biomes were labeled as oceans, but the terrain still generated above sea level.

[Feature Sugestion] Add replace chance

I want to make modded biomes work with terralith using your mod, but sometimes you don't want to completely replace a biome, that's where a feature to add a chance variable would be useful

Dark forest wont replace fully

Tried to replace minecraft:dark_forest > minecraft:cherry_grove, only worked partially.
I managed to replace all modded biomes, except for the vanilla ones.
For some reason, the biome doesnt get replaced fully.
Im running a modpack with terralith

TerraBlender and Biolith biomes cannot be replaced

First off - great mod concept, I hope to see more mod creators utilize this!

I know this mod just came out but there's some incompatibilities with 2 mods I use:

Config:
cinderscapes:ashy_shoals > minecraft:basalt_deltas
regions_unexplored:magnolia_woodland > minecraft:cherry_grove
regions_unexplored:silver_birch_forest > terrestria:japanese_maple_forest

Screenshots below show the biome still appear (tested in new world)

[1.20.1] BCLib makes this mod ineffective for end/nether biomes

Though overworld is unaffected, BCLib paves changes to nether and end biomes.
Going to bclib\generator.json and doing this:

{
  "options": {
    "biomeSource": {
      "fixEndBiomeSource [default: true]": true,
      "fixNetherBiomeSource [default: true]": false
    }
  }
}

sadly, has no affect in aiding biome replacer's functionality..by default, they're set to true.
this will be a issue down the road for users who want to use BetterEnd/BetterNether mods.

Config I used for testing:
cinderscapes:ashy_shoals > minecraft:basalt_deltas
minecraft:nether_wastes > minecraft:soul_sand_valley
minecraft:dark_forest > minecraft:cherry_grove

Tested on fabric 0.14.22
