Question about library usage

Hi!

I'm not sure if this repo is actively developed but I'll shoot a question anyway.

I am trying to add a way to detect whether a starship invocation is privileged, using the 'deelevae' crate. My initial method was to use WinAPI directly, but I feel this crate provides a more robust implementation. The whole discussion is here - starship/starship#2791

The Readme mentions that this would work only on Windows 10 or higher. But we do have a bunch of users still on Windows 7/8/8.1.

I tried checking the source and saw that the restriction is in src/psuedocon.rs file, but I'm unable to understand how privilege detection is related to creating a console. So my question is will the crate work for privilege detection (only) on Windows 8? Will I need to enable/disable any feature flags or something in order to do that? Sorry I do not have a Windows 8 machine to test this out and hence the question.

Thanks and cheers!
