npm install missing .js file?

Hi Will,

This might be a really stupid issue on my end, as I'm relatively new to npm. I'm trying to use your highcharts library, which needs is-immutable. When I do an 'npm install --save is-immutable', it only seems to install the LICENSE, package.json, and README.md. There is no js file in the node_modules directory.

The only way I could make it work, was to grab your index.js from github and shove it in that directory.

Not sure if i'm doing something wrong, or perhaps you have a small issue?
