Footnote links not rendering correctly

The footnotes are written in markdown but are wrapped in html blocks. Accordingly, when rendering, the links in the footnotes don't show up as links and instead look like the following:

Given that the footnotes are written in html to ease the anchoring between text and the footnotes, to fix this, I propose just converting the markdown in the footnotes into html.

Operating with bureaus

Does anyone have any templates that they are currently using to facilitate collaboration with bureaus?

FITARA Competencies

I recently conducted a close review of IT asset management- and software management-related training programs and only found one that would be fully compatible with the full scope of FITARA (TAMinstitute.org) The other available programs appear to be considerably less focused while this one is specifically aimed toward building practitioner competencies in lifecycle management of technology goods, services, and contractual agreements as well as clear components relating to risk management, stakeholder management, GAP analysis, cloud, and Internet of Things. I've also discussed this training with multiple people who have attended and they agree - it's as close as we'll get to an exact match.

Anyone had any better luck?

What is the overall structure of GSA github?

Hi ,
So this is a general question. We (IAE) are going to be open sourcing our codebase beginning with an API pretty soon. We already have [openIAE]http://gsa.github.io/openIAE/) which is under the GSA github account. We are in the process of figuring out how many repos we want and/or need to have for our entire code base and I wanted to understand the over arching GSA plan for how GSA is structuring its repos. Is it as simple as we make our repos under the GSA account and the link them out to github.com/gsa?

DCOI schema, historical data

The description of the DCOI schema lists element 5. Historical costs, cost savings, and cost avoidances due to data center consolidation and optimization through fiscal year 2015;
I don't see any fields for historical values in the table below, or in the actual schema. Is it missing, or is it just me missing it?

DCOI Schema should include FY20 Achieved cost savings data

The DCOI schema should be updated to include the FY20 acheieved cost savings information from agencies and fy20Achieved fields in the JSON example file

Why are all the implementation plans in .json files?

Why are all of the "Public FITARA Implementation Plans" in .json files? I can no longer read them. When they were in plan text my computer could read them. They are helpful for seeing what other Agencies are doing.

Inter-agency - How do you apply?

The new DCOI memo dated August 1, 2016 says (page 4) "Data centers that OGP (GSA) determines satisfactory in all of their operating standards will be designated as inter-agency shared services providers." What is the process of applying for a OGP review?

Also the the first paragraph it says link to Self Assessment Template...is this the policy or is it a different document. It's not clear. If it is a separate document then there is no link...

Where are the Document Files for DCOI Strategic Plan

Per the management.cio.gov page for DCOI, it mentions using "one of the two templates given in the document file provided on this page". What document files, I don't see a document file to use?

Part 6 of agencies’ DCOI Strategic Plans may be fulfilled using one of the two templates given in the document file provided on this page. These must be filled out, signed by agencies’ CIOs, and submitted via email to the [email protected] inbox, CC’ing the agency’s OMB Desk Officer, no later than September 30, 2016.

Add CIO (& other relevant POCs) to facilitate communication opportunities
