Support different preview color schemes by arg

Green, purple, red, blue, white, and black would be a good place to start.

Clean up the terminal output when generating gerbers

Generating manufacturing info (-m arg) returns lots of this, which isn't great.

Might be better to add a verbose flag to turn that on or off.

Add a setup command line arg

This setup command should prompt for

• (absolute path) location of template_dir
• (absolute path) location of lib_dir
• company name
• author
• email
• website
• license

It should create a basic proj.json from this data.

Support multiple .sch schematic files

In update_sch_title_block, it should find all related .sch files and update them properly.

The -m arg can't handle circular boards

There's a float division by zero error on dim_ratio in get_board_size.

kf -v doesn't update README title

It certainly shouldn't do a find/replace throughout the README because there may be documentation of previous versions, but at least it should scan the title and update the version here.

Fails badly on -p arg

Currently the arg fails badly if the following occurs:

• Pandoc can't find assembly.png or preview.png images

Fails badly on -b if -m hasn't already been run

Currently the arg fails badly if the -m flag hasn't yet been run, so the board dimensions aren't available. Same essential failure as in Issue #2.

The -b command should depend only on the presence of a netlist. If the board information isn't available, the output text should reflect that.

Templates need fab notes on Dwgs.User

The preview is bizarre with a mostly-circular board

Fails badly on -m arg

Currently the arg fails badly if the following occurs:

• no drill file
• no board outline (fails on dimensions and get_board_size)

Preview colors are less than awesome

More contrast would be nice. Doing them in green instead of purple might be nice.
