What are Wikipedia's Country Page Infoboxes?

Every country page on Wikipedia has on the right-hand side a "floating" infobox about facts. Example in original Wikitext/script source (simplified w/o references):

Note: All country profiles always use the original wikipedia page name - most of the time that's the name you kind of expect BUT beware of some "outliers" with qualifiers (e.g. (country)) or with official names (e.g. Republic of ...) or even island collectives with commas (,) e.g.:

Page Dataset
Austria => Austria.json
Belgium => Belgium.json
Georgia (country) => Georgia_(country).json
Republic of Ireland => Republic_of_Ireland.json
Archipelago of San Andrés, Providencia and Santa Catalina => Archipelago_of_San_Andrés,_Providencia_and_Santa_Catalina.json

and so on.
