Check for Syncthing auth throws Match not found if it has never been set.

Avoid duplicate ports per user

If the multi-service systemd is run in a loop to start up users, successive Syncthing processes can't see that a port is used and can be on duplicate ports for GUI in the config.xml. Adding a 3 second delay between service starts is a bit of a hack, but resolves this issue.

Basic auth and reverse proxy auth cannot be used simultaneously

When reverse proxy with user authentication is enabled, ensure Syncthing's Basic authentication is disabled.

Enable "File Versioning" by default (even if this is a different setting than upstream)

Different use cases warrant different default settings for new folders. In all my use cases, I want to be able to check previous versions of the files. Thus, for the Syncthing app for ClearOS, let's override this and activate "File Versioning" by default (staggered). And the IMO less frequent cases that's File Versioning is not desired, the end-user can turn it off.

Manage user creation/deletion better when using reverse proxy

When users are deleted, their redirect are left alone in the reverse proxy. This can cause issues for new assignments.

Clean up after deleted users and ensure the reverse proxy contains only those active/enabled users in the configlet.

Improve user UX

Make use of the new user profile webhook to provide some details in to the status and access of Syncthing UI.

Missing requirement declaration

It is not possible to use app-syncthing without installing app-incoming-firewall.

ClearOS multi-service library doesn't handle 'some' daemons

In all prior instances of multi service daemons, if any individual service was not running, ClearOS reports as 'not running'.

This is different for Syncthing app, where if some are running, it should be reported as running.

The daemon app has been modified to support a new flag 'individual_running'. Update this app to use new flag.
