xml2rfc.tools.ietf.org BibXML data mirror

This work is created under the IETF/Ribose BibXML service SOW.

Purpose

This repository acts as a mirror to the live IETF xml2rfc BibXML data.

This data is used for legacy path mapping for the BibXML service (bibxml-service).

The origin of data is:

• xml2rfc.tools.ietf.org::xml2rfc.bibxml (publicly accessible)

• bibxml-nist-new

• bibxml-nist

• bibxml

• bibxml2

• bibxml3

• bibxml4

• bibxml5

• bibxml6

• bibxml7

• bibxml8

• bibxml9

Usage

The import workflow runs daily at 2am UTC, and does the following:

• Checks out the latest data of bibxml-data-archive

• Runs rsync from xml2rfc.tools.ietf.org to obtain the latest BibXML data, overriding the data of the Git bibxml-data-archive repository.

  • The README. and .git paths are protected from rsync, meaning that these files in bibxml-data-archive will not be removed by rsync (since the rsync source does not have them).

• Compares the changes made and commits them, and pushes any changes back to bibxml-data-archive
