Windows and MacOs support

Currently only tested on the Ubuntu runner. WireMock should still work, but testing should be done for Windows and MacOS too.

Error when executing NPM command

Hey @williamhaw. Thank you so much for developing this package, I haven't found a way to run Wiremock using the Github Actions services.

I'm trying to run the npm run test:coverage command, but I'm getting this error:

I haven't cloned the code to check, but I think that the problem might be at the runAPITests function.

Fail step when Wiremock ping fails

Sometimes the ping fails. Example run: https://github.com/williamhaw/setup-wiremock-action/runs/545295691
From the error message:

##[error]connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8080

it seems that Wiremock was not started.

Need to investigate why Wiremock doesn't start, but as a first step, the step should fail so that the job can be retried.

Calling core.setFailed() doesn't seem to fail the step:

Exiting the Node process with status 1 doesn't seem to make it fail:
