Passing keys up the chain of inclusion

Willem, great work. I got the install running with no problem (other than my failure to follow one of the instructions).

Very fast, seems to do expansion 100% compatible with the perl (Primavera) version.

As we discussed, would be great if you can look at making available in the key name space all of the keys of all of the included files. This is useful for many situations, and needed for the kind of power-at-the-point-of-contact (user empowerment) that we both think critical. My best description of expansion of the name space is here -CommonAccord/Cmacc-Org#16. Your implementation opens up some new possibilities.
