Put your domain cert and key into Consul?

Can you give some insight? Maybe link to tutorial to help?

Next please put your domain certs in consul as follows:
docker container exec -it traefik-consul_consul-leader... consul kv put traefik/tls/certificates/wildcard.techguytn.com/certFile  your cert content
docker container exec -it traefik-consul_consul-leader... consul kv put traefik/tls/certificates/wildcard.techguytn.com/keyFile  your key content
