mono-firefox-theme's Issues

More minor UI glitches

Hey, so I did a fresh install of my system and I noticed that issue number 2 from #11 are still present in both the 0.5 release and the latest commit.

I also noticed that the reader button, when active, gets the wrong color (kinda like issue number 3 from above).

How to use with stock windows buttons?

Hi, how can I make it so the stock title buttons are used instead of the Mono ones?
I was able to edit the colors of the theme so it fits with the theme I am using, but I would like to use the my theme's default windows icons rather than the mono theme ones.

Hide the tab bar with a sliding animation when only one tab is open in a window.

First off, amazing theme. Apart from a few color related tweaks, I didn't have to do anything to get it working.

It works perfectly but it'd be a nice addition if we could optionally hide the tab bar when only one tab is open. Besides, The tab bars and the toolbar are very thiccc so I'd like to know if there's a way to reduce their thickness without making them look weird.

Solution

#navigator-toolbox {
--lwt-tabs-border-color: transparent !important; }
#tabbrowser-tabs {
--lwt-tab-line-color: transparent !important; }

Windows issue

Is the theme supposed to die on windows?
Can this be fixed?

Minor UI glitches + suggestions

UI Glitches

I experience those with the unmodified latest release (0.4) in both Firefox (108.0.1) and Librewolf (107.0.1), except in one occasion (details below).

1. Close multiple tabs issue.
2. Wrong search bar height and sidebar icon color.

I think the black icon colors are also present in the Bookmarks sidebar

3. Wrong favorite icon color and pin to Overflow Menu artifact.

4. Protection setting indentation and weird lock icon behavior.

Weirdly the lock icon thing only happens in Firefox 108.0.1 and not in Librewolf 107.0.1 (both the latest versions available at Flathub)

Suggestion

As I mentioned in the other issue. I would suggest that the option to not utilize the custom titlebar icons be made easier. I reckon many people will start using Gradience + adw-gtk3 from here on and a lot of those would love to - like myself - tweak your theme to fit their Gradience theme; and while the purpose of this Firefox theme is to fit the Mono GTK theme, I personally think it would be awesome, and a very helpful thing to be added. Just and idea though :)

Would also love to see the latest Adwaita symbolic icons added eventually.

Rounded corners while maximized

Thanks for this theme, I am using full GTK with pleasure!

I have this problem though - window corners are still rounded when maximized.
I am using "rounded corners" extension for gnome-shell, but the problem persists even when it's not working. It has to be something in CSS, but I really cannot find this selector. Can you put some light on what could I do with this?

This white space on the left - it's really tiny, but it's there:
