plugins's Issues

omz custom plugins not available for selection in configuration tab

It looks like the source still has some TODOs, so just wanted to see what the status was or if there was a workaround.

Environment variable of alias-tips

I made this pull request #33 (comment).
But it doesn't work. The not workable configuration is "Output". It sends the ZSH_PLUGINS_ALIAS_TIPS_TEXT environment variable.
When I type echo "$ZSH_PLUGINS_ALIAS_TIPS_TEXT", it appears the correct value I set on FIg. However, the action is not workable as I expected.
The original plugin GitHub page is alias-tips from djui and the contributed page on Fig is here.

Can we nest all plugins directly underneath src/

Or alternatively, have all the plugins in a folder at the top level called plugins and the remaining stuff in a folder called utils or something like that?

Should be super ridiculously easy for someone to get to the list of plugins. No concern about which folder to click on. We are almost certainly going to end up throwing a bunch of shit into src/ and it will be harder to change this later

Summary: List of plugins should be one level deep not two and should be in a very obvious folder name

Plugins don't seem to be installed

Hey Fig team! Great product and loving it so far!

Just started trying out the plugins feature but it doesn't seem to work for me

running on:

  • macOS 12.5.1
  • zsh
  • apple m1
  • fig version 1.0.61

I don't see any plugins installed in the ~/.local/share/fig/plugins/ folder

image

I've installed a couple of plugins but nothing seems to be working

Here's the output for the fig doctor command

Hope to get some help! Thanks!

add zshell to the framework in the plugin store

Checks

  • I have searched github.com/withfig/fig/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
  • I have run fig doctor in the affected terminal session
  • I have run fig restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

macOS 13.2.1 (22D68)

Expected behaviour

Looking in the plugin store, I would like to see zshell listed in the framework

Actual behaviour

It's not listed

Steps to reproduce

Open the Plugin store and Browse all the Frameworks
