Automated documentation generation from docstrings and typings

Initialize `work_packages` subclient

Right now, in order to interact with the WorkPackages sub client, we need to initialize it on its own:

client = Client(BASE_URL, API_KEY)
work_packages = WorkPackages(client)
work_packages.create(...)

Instead, we want to do the following:

client = Client(BASE_URL, API_KEY)
client.work_packages.create(...)

For now, we can perform this initialisation inside the __init__ function of Client.

Publish to PyPI through GitHub Actions

We want to publish OpenProject to PyPI whenever we issue a new release. Pretty much the same way we do this for Django Prose¹.
