Add script to make AD changes according to CSV

Input: CSV with headers
Output: Changes are made to Active Directory

Require user interaction on which headers you're looking for, which headers to change.
Write out how many changes would be made. Ask for confirmation.
End goal of the script is to simplify (and safeguard against) requests for mass changes to AD that involve a CSV. If the user doesn't have a CSV, then they aren't mass changes and it goes to service desk.

Add details to README

Create a table of contents or way of organizing the scripts.
Add details about each individual script (e.g. use case, assumptions, known edge cases etc.)
