Update keyboard values

Update keyboard event values according to the latest DOM3 spec.

Items I noticed in IE 10 that aren't up to spec:

  • no .code, but can use .location and .key to determine .code (I think)
  • .key is different in some cases (e.g., Down instead of ArrowDown, or Scroll instead of ScrollLock)
