Send compressed MyBB page to the brower

It would be good to send the compressed MyBB back to the iframe.

When plugin is enabled the threads views counter is not updated.

Threads view counter does not get increased when users read the thread. It works fine when mybb-wordpress-theme plugin is disabled so the plugin has some impact to MyBB main processing.

Polish charcters not displayed correctly

Polish characters are not displayed correctly in the MyBB iframe. It looks like some kind of encoding issue.

MyBB iframe's height is not set correctly

When MyBB document (inside the iframe) changes at runtime (when resizing the quick-replay input element for example) then the iframe is not resized automatically and some MyBB content gets not visible.

Quick replay on the thread causes nested iframes

WHen posting a quick replay from a thread's page that is not a last page (i.e. the thread has 10 visible pages but we make a quick replay from the 7th page), then the iframe gets reloaded instead of a parent page which creates a nested iframes.

All links are opened in the iframe instead of the parent page

The main MyBB page (index.php) is displayed correctly in the iframe however when clicking on links on the MyBB page (inside the iframe) then the referenced page is loaded inside the iframe instead of the parent page.

Reload cached wordpress template after a specific amount of time.

It would be good to reload the wordpress template in cache after some specific amount of time: like 30 minutes for example. We could even make that time a plugin configurable variable.

Incorrect behavior when wiewing the last or new posts links.

When clicking the View Today's posts or View New Posts then the iframe gets refreshed (so the view contains nested iframes) instead of parent page.

Forum horizontal scroll not working on small devices

On smaller devices (like tablets in vertical orientation, or mobile phones) the iframe cannot be scrolled horizontally and only a piece of forum is displayed.

Clicking on a Rate button (add reputaion point) doesn't work

When click the Rate button on the posts (for example) it doesn't work; no add reputation points window is shown.

There is still vertical scroll bar visible inside the iframe.

That vertical scrollbar is still visible even if the iframe has enough height to display the whole MyBB page. The scrollbar looks nasty and it should be removed however the horizonatl scrollbar must appear when needed (for example on devices with small screen - tablets and phones).

Plugin execution takes too long.

After implementing the #9 it looks like plugin execution is around 800ms. It should take less.

Token not found in session

Open a few forum windows in the browser and quickly perform an action (like click some link) in every window. It is a high chance to see the "Token not found in session" message in one window.

After "quick login" it navigates to wrong url

It navigates to the wrong url after quick login.

The generated output page has still the same title

It would be good to have the MyBB page title instead of wordpress template title.

URl prefixed with 'www' causes the 'token mismatch' error.

When prefixing the URL (int the browser) with 'www' we got the 'tiken mismatch error' and the MyBB content is not displayed.

Add to debugstuff info on how long the mybb-wordpress-theme plugin executes

It would be good to know how long the plugin execution is. It would be possible to make some performance tweaks.

Add reputation window not positioned correctly

Add reputation window is not positioned correctly, especially on a thread page with more posts, where the user need to scroll down the page to see the posts.

MyBB debugstuff is not shown anymore

The MyBB debug stuff (like execution time, SQL queris, and so on) is not shown any more when plugin goes in action.
