Add feature to rename a list

well... i wouldn't consider this as high priority because the lists can easily be renamed with every text-editor (perhaps give a hint in the readme, wiki or FAQs - like #40 - i can help with such things). - and furthermore you don't have to think about changing/handling file-names and preventing identical names, forbidden characters (differs for different file-systems), etc.
this seems to me to be a lot of work for a little bit of convenience.

I've implemented it in my fork. Are you still active @woefe , meaning I should create a PR? I'm a lazy person so that's why I ask :D
