Slow cron.php calls

So many hits to webservice are slowing down parent page. How about spawn asynchronous HTTP requests - see example here:

Sighting data export

Export sighting data as CSV files per month, make available for download somewhere.

Make tram history page faster

Insert tramid / routeNo / date into a new table on each update. Then change tram history page to use summary data, not complicated SQL to query the main data store.

Rollover the sighting DB every month

So much data in the main sighting DB - roll it over to a new table every month to keep it smaller.
