Implement claiming feature for seats

• As a user who already owns a seat, I can log into the site and select a library. I’ll be shown a floor map with a selection of seats.
• I can select a seat that I currently occupy and mark it as mine.
• I can then set a price for the seat.

Duplicate key constraint violation

(psycopg2.IntegrityError) duplicate key value violates unique constraint "seat_offerings_seat_id_user_id_offering_date_key"

Advertising a Seat

• As a user with a seat, I can post an advertisement on the site for my seat. This way, my seat will be more prominently featured.

• After my posting my seat, I will have the option of writing an advertisement for it.

• This advertisement will be displayed in a list alongside the floor plan. Each advertisement will expire after one day.

Implement buying a seat

• As a user, I can log in to the site and select a library. I’ll be shown a floor map with a selection of seats.

• I can select a seat to see both comments on the seat, as well the current request for the seat (a meal swipe, a payment, a favor, etc)

• I can then accept the request to get the seat.

• The seller will then confirm the completion, and the seat will be transferred to me.

** Don't worry about payment methods now

Posting a Comment

As a logged-in user, I can leave comments on a seat in a library by filling out a textbox on each seat page.

Populate Database

We should add in more seats to the database for each library.
