Writes are not synchronized between threads

Values for set sent by a client are not mutating the db entries.

For example, suppose we have key1 set to val1 initially. So, kvs-1.log file would look like:

{"Set":{"key":"key1","val":"val1"}}

Then let's mutate this get this key from the server:

cargo run --bin kvs-client get "key1"

which will return val1.

Now let's mutate the data:

cargo run --bin kvs-client set "key1" "val2"

If we try to get the value again it will yield the old data:

cargo run --bin kvs-client get "key1"

yields

val1

Create benchmarks

Right now it is not clear if the thread pool works as expected.
It would be nice to create a benchmark comparing it to the rayon's thread pool.

Client stalls on value not present in db

When a client sends a get request containing a key which is absent in db to the server, the server prints "NotFound" while the client waits for the reply that will not ever come.
