Weed Number Analyzer

This project is used to est. the weed number in danish waterways, derived from photos it is written in python.'

The project folders are structured as following:

Pipeline

This folder contains codes we created before compiling them together in the folder test data

Test_data

This folder contains codes we used to test all th different features and the data we derived to finde the best combination of these featurers

Vandstep

This folder contains the codes used to capture photos, pre segmentaion of the photo, imu calculation and the movement of the carrier in the water.
