Interaction failed on remove command

When using the /remove command, without supplying the user, the bot doesn't reply. My guess is that just using /remove would remove all tracked bots in the current guild it is used in.

Someone is using ctx where there ctx is not a parameter

Describe the bug
Someone is using ctx as a parameter in the on_presence_update function yet ctx is not a parameter and has not been passed in. This means that this function is going to fail spectacular if it's run.

TL;DR can't push code to prod until it's rewritten but I'm rewriting it in d.py anyway rn and this is more to remind me _{^{and for free internet points}}

Detected other bots to be offline for <1s

I have my bot, which I added for tracking in Status Checker, and when I went down for less then a second, Status Checker sent the offline message three times.

Add a .github

You should add a .github folder with configurations for opening PRs and issues. Would also help if you added a CONTRIBUTING.md, just to keep things organized.
