Realistic roofs
Most houses look like this at the side, make more complex shape to recreate this.
Improve textures
Move away from setting repeat, fix UV's while making geometry.
Maybe https://stackoverflow.com/a/50900415/9470981 could be of help.
Realistic hedges
Improve the shape of hedges, allow an array of vectors or something to be parsed so the class can create smooth hedges.
Right now these are just 2 different hedges (BoxGeometry), if you allow vectors to be parsed with a specific height you could interpolate the transition with maybe a bezier curve?
