Add an S3 uploader script with MIME types

add a QoL script to upload a module to the s3 bucket.

• ignore .git directory
• set Content-Type metadata based on file extension (look at deno_registry2 for an example)
• (could do) add an exclude glob pattern as an option

Ignore top-level objects

In the index.html, ignore top-level objects from the bucket (ex: index.html, aws-sdk.min.js) -- the root of the website should only display folders for the different modules.

Strip trailing double slash from S3 Prefix

When the window.location has a trailing slash the Prefix used to list the objects ends up with two trailing slashes, which causes the page to be blank because no objects fit that prefix

Enable VSCode autocomplete

Add a /.well-known/deno-import-intellisense.json to enable autocomplete in VSCode. reference

Parameterize DNS Config

Remove the hardcoded hosted zone name and replace with an input variable.
