Sorting on lastTimestamp fails if null

On OpenShift 4.7.40, with Kubernetes versions: client 1.18.2, server 1.20.11.

I'm getting errors like this when running pixie-diag, in all the pod events listings:

Seems to be related to this issue where if lastTimestamp is null, sorting on it fails:
kubernetes/kubernetes#29838 (comment)

Some suggested workarounds are sorting on eventTime or createdTimestamp instead. Will work on this when I get a chance, just making sure it's filed for now.

Add PEM pod descriptions

Feature idea: running kubectl describe on a subset or all of the vizier-pem pods (sort by restart count to choose which ones to describe?)
