I mostly do ABAP development in my regular job but love spending my free time on OSS, Web Development and lots of other interesting things and technologies. 📄 UI5 Wiki (old notes from learning UI5, ~2020-2021)

Old notes from learning Web Development, or more specific, UI5 back around in 2020-2021. They're not updated anymore as the overall documentation of UI5 and it's ecosystem has evolved a lot. I strongly recommend and encourage checking out the docs to get started! Nowadays the "Wiki" is mostly used as playground for it's integration into my personal page.

Add Routing Example with Nested Views

Include an example of Nested routing with parameter transfer.

Example:

Navigate to one View which has another View included. Both Views 'demand/need' one of two parameters which will be given via routing.

New Router/Navigation-Wiki entry

Add a new wiki entry within this Repository. The topics should include:

• Pattern Matching
• Mandatory/Optional parameters + queryparameters
• Handling of matched routes in controller -> Basically just onRouteMatched implementations

Example in here.

Implement messagetoast

Implement a messagetoast on each page which displays the route that has been hit.

Can probably be implemented within the app/view

Upgrade new UI5 CLI

Upgrade UI5 CLI and adjust UI5.YML and the corresponding dependencies.

Add/Enhance Readme.md for getting started

Streamline Routing in Manifest

Streamline the manifest.json configuration within the application and how the Routes are defined.

Make it work standalone without CDN
