GitHub is the most important tool for developers and with so many different companies doing open source it is also becoming an important tool for technical writers. A technical writer with experience in Git and GitHub is really valuable.

This workshop teaches some basics and gives you an opportunity to try out GitHub on your own. It consists of two parts:

• Theory
• Practice

Purpose of this workshop is to:

• Get started with GitHub and get convinced to use it on daily basis
• Learn basics about Git and GitHub
• Know the benefits of using Github
• Know what to use GitHub for

Fix links for proper rendering in GitHub pages

At the moment links to other resources are not rendered properly in GH Page: https://writers-instagram.github.io/GitHub-for-technical-writers-WORKSHOP/ because they are not active/clickable

Links cannot be added as a simple string https://github.com/Writers-Instagram/GitHub-for-technical-writers-WORKSHOP but with respect to the markdown syntax [display name](link), like:

[https://github.com/Writers-Instagram/GitHub-for-technical-writers-WORKSHOP](https://github.com/Writers-Instagram/GitHub-for-technical-writers-WORKSHOP)

looks like at some point of time it will make sense to resign from using awesome_bot and start using https://github.com/magicmatatjahu/milv
