使用泛型的Buffer结构体，包含一个sum函数
比较&str字典序的比较函数
使用迭代器将Vec中元素自增的函数
我的实现在三个文件my_vec.rs my_compare.rs my_itmap.rs中，main.rs包含一个空的main函数和三个实现分别的测试代码。
