support.solarflare.com now redirects to xilinx page

Version 8.2.2.1001 of the sfutils source and RPM seems to be available here:
https://support-nic.xilinx.com/wp/drivers

I made these edits to PKGBUILD and was able to build the package and update the firmware on my cards...
