.buf file in tests_data

Can anyone here assist me with the .time.buf files located in the tests/Test_dataset/Traveltimes folder? This file's kind and whether it was created by code or downloaded.

Issue about installation

Do I need to install the package or I can just import them in my code?
Is there a manual or example code that can help me get started and test it?
Would you tell me what type of data should I put in the directory "db_path"(in the code)?

Missing file piton_topo

Hi,
Trying to create my own 3D velocity model using 3D_model_gen.py. However there is an example file missing "piton_topo", which appears to be needed. I would like to know the format of this file and how it is used - it looks to define the boundaries of the area?
