载入昨日提交的信息（包括位置信息）。
完成定位拦截。
打开app时自动获取定位权限。 第一次打开app给予定位权限后，如果定位失败，关闭app重新打开即可。 增加拦截gps定位，定位根据准确（目前弃用上版本的ip定位，因为高德的ip定位不准确，不稳定）。
