Opening a cloned closed ticket results in a 'list index out of range' error

steps:

• create a ticket
• close it
• clone it
• try to open it

Narrow fields in issue form

When I add or edit an issue in Mr Wolfe the fields in the form are pretty narrow. The width of the field can be wider, at least 30% width (compared to the black toolbar).

I'm using Chrome 29 in OSX.

A contact without an SLA cannot be stored: TypeError

• either manually or automatically create a contact
• leave the SLA field empty

Demo please or at least screenshots

Hi, yes, the summary reads a little bit gibberish. If people had a demo they would understand immediately, but at least some screenshots would give us an impression of what this idea looks like.

Add a "display name" to a contact

This might come in handy when closing tickets and "moving" them to other issue trackers like Lighthouse. That one for example uses unregognizable e-mailaddresses like [email protected]. If you got several of them, it becomes impossible to tell them apart.

Adding an image to the WiKi seems broken. Would be nice to have it fixed.

Comment Collapsing, collapses first comment only

If you have several comments and they are expanded.
Collapsing only collapses the first comment

Missing releases

Hi,

The code mentions releases 1.3.0 and 1.3.1, but they are not visible anywhere (no git tag, and no release on pypi).

Closing a ticket triggers an email 'ticket created'

• Go to an open ticket
• Close it via Status drop down
• You get an email saying the ticket was created

'All unclosed tickets' on the dashboard should be expanded by default

The dashboard should give an instant overview of all open support tickets. It's more convenient to show 'All unclosed tickets' by default.

Adding attachments doubles shown attachments

When looking at an issue.

After adding an attachment, the current list of attachment is doubled.
When refreshing the page, the list is shown correctly.
