Check full test suite

Try all tests again with Travis now that we have restructured the test configuration.

Functional test fails with post action.

The ControllerTest::testEdit() method fails when trying to post the edit form. The controller fails reporting that the ScheduledCommand entity does not exist in the database, it did when calling the edit end point to get the edit form in the first place.

Command execute return type deprecation

Method "Symfony\Component\Console\Command\Command::execute()" might add "int" as a native return type declaration in the future. Do the same in child class "Xact\CommandScheduler\Command\SchedulerCommand" now to avoid errors or add an explicit @return annotation to suppress this message.

Incremental output update

Periodically use $process->getIncrementalOutput to update the command result.

Cron jobs left suspended

Some cron based jobs are failing to run as the status is set to RUNNING indefinitely. We need to analyse why this is occurring and look at re-setting the status to PENDING for cron jobs that no longer exist in the process queue. My guess is that if the scheduler task is terminated abnormally, the status is left as pending thus leaving the jobs stale.
