Checking for 2D regression

Hello and Thanks for sharing your code!
I just have started with playing your code in order to better understand the effect of data encoding.
As an experiment I would like to try it for 2d regression, however I obtained some errors. Hence I would like to ask is changing function S(x) to S(x,t) is possible? Or do I need other encoding function for 2d case?
