Fivem greenzones script

Simply greenzone script with extensive configuration options

Features:

- Greenzone that you can configure
- Locked shooting and aiming
- No collisions with vehicles and players
- Ability to enable blips and configure them
- Ability to hide players in other buckets "worlds" which give more optimizations with more players
- Ability to set a bucket number for each greenzone zone
- Callback for notification when someone enters / exits greenzone

Optimization:

0.04 in greenzone
0.00 outside of greenzone

Vehicles semi-transparent outside of greenzone.

Self explanatory, looks really annoying at night. It only happens when this resource is enabled. As soon as I stop greenzone and respawn my car, the issue fixes. And no, I am not in a greenzone in this image.
