Feature adjustments

• Update balances line chart soon after a manual sync has completed

• Update balances line chart on drop-down (timeline) change

• Update drop-down balance with onChange and not onBlur as Eslint rules require

• Transactions table with better pagination or use different table component

• Sync Now button triggers "Loading" state on all buttons

Outstanding issues

• Transactions sync issue (Won't sync new transactions)

Fixed: Now syncs transactions on account sync.

• Transactions & balances orders (unsorted dates order for Transactions table & Balances graph)

Fixed: Sorts everything well.

• /dashboard for the dashboard and not /users/[user_id]

Fixed: Removed security issue on /users/[user_id] and /users/[user_id]/edit by using useSession to obtain userId instead of using useParam to obtain userId from the route.
