Are you able to reproduce the same using your local repository?
I think this option is mandatory and you can not unchecked it.
It should require a valid from 0 to x.

@xbgmsharp AFAIK, this define must be set to a value, but you set it to 0 to disable the banner. Same behavior with the ROM_BANNER_TIMEOUT define as well. 2000 is the default value, as far as I can recall.

Fixed. Banner entries now show an html input form to specify the timeout.
