Ability to select documents when exporting or importing

Need to add the ability to select documents when exporting or importing. Suggested implementation:

• The user selects a file to import or exports existing documents;
• The script displays a list of documents that can be selected by ticking the appropriate checkbox;
• After confirmation the script exports or imports only selected documents;
