Need to name the borg archives something more appropriate

Unbeknownst to me at the time of writing the initial script, snapper rotates names (i.e. <vol>-snapshot<N>) based on whether or not any exist for that volume at the current moment, not on any historical basis. So if snapper cleans out the LVM volumes during a snapper-cleanup you can actually have var-snapshot1 and var-snapshot2 over and over again for example. Thus, in borg we need to make sure we have a unique name because we can not rely on this naming scheme being consistent.

Implement ability to archive missing snapper snapshots

Let's say a remote device or "borg repo" in general is not available at the time of snapper snapshots... we should probably have the script catch up to the current state by archive the missing and current snapshots?
