Create ISupportMessageForwarding interface
This interface will contain SetMessageForwarder(IMessageForwarder forwarder).
Create this so that we don't need to pass a message processor host to MessageProcessor.StartAsync.
Create various implementations of IMessageSource<TMessage> interface
Current implementations in mind:

KafkaMessageSource(subscribe to Kafka for messages), -
RabbitMqMessageSource(subscribe to RabbitMq for messages), -
HttpMessageSource(opens an HTTP endpoint using kestrel to receive messages), -
FileMessageSource(Polls a directory for messages stored as files), -
MsmqMessageSource(Polls MSMQ for messages)
