TOML support

Remove system_field_types.go

I copied system type definitions to nukosuke/go-zendesk#25

System~FieldTypes is appropriate to be decleared in go-zendesk library because these strings are defined by Zendesk.

YAML support

Handle SIGTERM

SIGTERM kills zenform process immediately and then doesn't create zfstate.json.

Created trigger is inactive by default

CSV format doesn't have active field.

In general, it isn't necessary to create inactive trigger at initial. Therefore, it should be set to active by default.

If it's field in JSON payload is empty, then Zendesk will set it to default, active: false.
-> This is problem of go-zendesk. active field is initialized to false because the library doesn't specify omitempty to active field of Trigger struct. I will fix it.
